A day in the life

You start your morning reviewing the day’s service calls, loading your van, and heading to your first homeowner. A quick diagnostic confirms a failing condenser fan; you repair it, verify system performance, and leave the customer comfortable and informed. The next stop is a scheduled maintenance visit where you clean coils, check refrigerant levels, test safety controls, and document findings. After lunch, you handle a warranty repair on a gas boiler, and you wrap the day recommending a simple zone control adjustment—no sales quota, just helpful guidance.
