    What you’ll take on

    • Travel to customer residences using a company-provided service vehicle
    • Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
    • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical HVAC issues
    • Deliver quality, safety-first repairs and clearly communicate solutions
    • Educate homeowners on repair options and system care
    • Maintain truck stock and manage parts for efficient service
    • Complete service documentation on a mobile device

    Your background

    • High school diploma or GED
    • EPA Type II or EPA Universal Certification
    • VA Journeyman HVAC Certification
    • Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting ability
    • Experience with HVAC service and repair preferred
    • Confidence using diagnostic and repair tools safely
    • Process-driven with pride in workmanship
    • Comfortable with smartphones and mobile apps
    • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
    • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with customers
