Soo Hipp Plumbing is a fast-growing, family-owned plumbing company serving the South Bay. We are hiring an experienced Residential Plumbing Service Technician who is driven, reliable, and ready to grow with a company that values quality work and customer service.

Pay & Compensation
- $85,000 – $150,000+ per year (top performers exceed this)
- $20/hour OR 15% commission (whichever is greater)
- Performance-based bonuses
- Weekly earning potential based on production
Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing service, repair, and installation
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide clear solutions to customers
- Present and sell service options based on customer needs
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism
- Complete jobs efficiently and to company standards
- Accurately document jobs, estimates, and invoices
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
Requirements
- 3+ years of residential plumbing experience (REQUIRED)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience in customer-facing service roles
- Ability to present options and close sales
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with ServiceTitan
- Strong sales performance history
