We’re launching our Residential Door-to-Door Sales Team and building it from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to join early, work directly with leadership, and grow fast as this division expands. You don’t need pest control experience. What matters is follow-through, hunger, and the ability to handle your day without being told what to do. If you’ve sold anything before you’ll be off to a fast start. If not, we’ll train you to get there.

What you’ll be doing:
Generate new residential customers through door-to-door outreach
Build your own pipeline and manage your territory
Educate homeowners and guide them through the process
Own your schedule, activity, and results
Collaborate with a team that pushes and supports each other
Compensation & Benefits:
Average first-year earnings: $60,000-$80,000 (W2)
Strong first-year performers: $100,000+
Top performers (Year 2): $120,000-$140,000+
Uncapped commissions (average $225 per sale) paid semi-monthly
Performance bonuses, contests, and advancement opportunities provide additional upside
