The Opportunity

As an Experienced Residential Service Electrician, you''ll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems while delivering exceptional customer service.

This is more than a service role-you''ll educate homeowners, provide professional recommendations, and help customers make informed decisions about the safety and reliability of their home''s electrical system.

What You''ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues safely and efficiently.
• Perform electrical inspections and identify code or safety concerns.
• Install, repair, and replace residential electrical components and systems.
• Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options.
• Present solutions and provide accurate estimates.
• Complete work in accordance with National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements and company standards.
• Document completed work using company technology.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service vehicle.
• Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every service call.
• Participate in ongoing technical and professional development.

What We''re Looking For

• Residential electrical service experience required.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of residential electrical systems and current electrical codes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain technical information in a clear and professional manner.
• Valid driver''s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture.
• Professional appearance and commitment to quality workmanship.
