Restoration Technician (Entry-Level)
Pay: $16.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience and performance)

We're looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our restoration team.
No experience is required—we'll provide the training you need to succeed. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and helping people recover after unexpected property damage, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
- Assist with water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration projects
- Remove damaged materials and clean affected areas
- Set up and monitor drying and restoration equipment
- Perform demolition and cleanup as needed
- Load, unload, and maintain tools and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
What We're Looking For
- No prior restoration experience required—we train the right candidates
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor
- Comfortable working in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required
