What You'll Do
- Prepare residential electrical estimates and material takeoffs
- Review blueprints and construction plans
- Assist with bid preparation and proposal development
- Obtain pricing from suppliers and vendors
- Identify project scopes and requirements
- Maintain organized project records and documentation
- Collaborate with project managers, builders, and internal teams
What We're Looking For
- Residential electrical experience preferred
- Estimating experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Knowledge of residential electrical systems and materials
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Computer proficiency, including Excel
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Journeyman Electrician license preferred, not required
- Minimum of 2 years of residential electrical experience preferred
- Must have clean driving record
