Mount Michael Benedictine School, a Catholic Benedictine college-preparatory boarding and day school for young men, is seeking a Residential Dean for the 2026-2027 school year.
This is more than a supervision role - it is a formation role.
Rooted in the Benedictine values of Hospitality, Integrity, Community, Service, and Moderation, the Residential Dean lives in the dormitory and serves as a steady mentor and role model during the most formative years of a young man's life.
Position Overview
The Residential Dean provides daily supervision, mentorship, and accountability within our male dormitory. This role blends mentorship and pastoral presence, structured discipline and accountability, faith formation, and community building.
