• Base salary: $90,000-$100,000 annually, based on experience

Position Overview

The Residential Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing roofing projects from initiation through completion. This includes coordinating crews, scheduling, materials, inspections, and customer communication to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with company quality standards.

This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of residential roofing projects from contract execution to final completion
• Coordinate scheduling of field crews, subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries
• Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards
• Identify and resolve project issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate documentation, including job progress, photos, and project updates
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless project transitions
• Uphold company standards for customer service, workmanship, and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of residential construction project management experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency with project management or CRM software
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Ability to perform roof inspections, including climbing ladders when necessary
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Employment contingent upon background check and motor vehicle record review, in accordance with applicable laws
