Residential & Commercial Aquatics Service Mechanic

Join a team that trusts you to take the lead at the job site. You’ll travel to customer homes and commercial locations, diagnose issues, perform repairs, and keep pools and spas in top condition—indoors, outdoors, and in every season.

Your responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and fix hot tub and pool equipment and systems
• Deliver and complete setup of newly purchased hot tubs
• Fulfill maintenance contracts: cleaning, brushing, raking, and vacuuming
• Open and close pools and spas for summer and winter
• Run chemical tests and adjust treatment levels
• Order and manage service parts inventory
• Protect and properly use all company tools and equipment
• Work to time goals, maintain schedule accuracy, and submit billing info to the office

How you’ll work

This is a self-managed field role. Success requires self-motivation, efficiency, and discipline. You’ll represent the company on-site, so professional presentation matters—and the ability to talk through solutions with customers is helpful.

What you bring

• Experience preferred; strong technical aptitude and mechanical sense
• Ability to learn and understand pool/spa systems thoroughly
• Fundamental knowledge of electrical, electronics, and electrical systems
• Plus factors: automotive, HVAC, appliance repair, handyman/home repair, plumbing, or prior pool/spa work
• Physical readiness to bend, sit, stand, and lift for extended periods

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Upbeat attitude even on high-volume days
• Flexible availability
• Willingness to travel out of town as needed
