TTF is hiring a Residential Clinical Manager to lead a multidisciplinary behavioral health team in Anchorage, Alaska. This leadership role oversees clinical operations within residential treatment programs serving individuals with severe mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise clinicians, program managers, and support staff
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid/Medicare and regulatory standards
• Oversee clinical services: assessments, therapy, case management, and discharge planning
• Drive quality assurance, performance management, and program development
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in mental health or related field
• 5+ years clinical experience, including 3+ years in leadership
• Experience with high-acuity populations (SMI, addiction, etc.)
Compensation & Benefits:
• $96,000 – $121,500 base salary + incentives (avg. $16K, up to $42K)
