Job Title: Residential Cleaner / Maid
Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaners to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services in clients’ homes. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows instructions well, and ensures each home is cleaned to our company’s standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Wipe down surfaces, baseboards, and appliances
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Clean mirrors, glass, and fixtures
- Follow customized cleaning checklists for each home
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude in clients’ homes
- Report any damages, issues, or supply needs to management
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and manage time efficiently
- Physical ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive tasks
Work Environment:
- Residential homes of various sizes and conditions
- May require travel between job sites
- Fast-paced, physically active role
Schedule:
- Flexible scheduling available (part-time or full-time)
- Weekday and occasional weekend availability may be required
