Position Overview

We are hiring a Residential Carpenter to support custom home builds in Polk County and surrounding areas. This role includes both hands-on carpentry and coordination with a small on-site team to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete rough and finish carpentry tasks on custom residential projects
• Work alongside and help guide a small crew on daily job site activities
• Read and follow construction drawings and specifications
• Communicate material needs and scope updates to project management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Protect materials and structures from weather exposure
• Represent the company professionally with clients and trade partners

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of residential carpentry experience (rough and finish)
• Prior experience supporting or leading small crews preferred
• Ability to read plans and work independently
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience using standard carpentry tools common to the trade
