The Residential Care Provider monitors and supports individuals with severe developmental disabilities in a community residential setting.
Under supervision, they assist with daily living activities, implement person-centered plans, and teach personal, social, and household skills.
Responsibilities include grooming, medication management, transportation, promoting community involvement, and ensuring residents' rights and dignity are upheld.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with experience working with the IDD population preferred. Certifications such as CNA or DSP are a plus.
Candidates must pass background checks, drug screens, and TB evaluations, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift 20 pounds.
