Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health or Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities field or equivalent in experience and training.
Minimum Experience: Four years' experience in the behavioral health field or Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities with at least one-year supervisory experience required for staff with bachelor's degree. Two years' experience required for staff with master's degree.
Qualifications for a Developmental Disabilities Professional is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills required.
Experience in shift scheduling preferred.
Experience in accounting/bookkeeping procedures preferred.
Valid Georgia Drivers' License required.
Computer, printer, calculator, fax machine, telephone, copy machine, 15 passenger van, fire extinguisher, wheelchairs and other consumer adaptive equipment, ability to lift a minimum of fifty (50) pounds.

Duties Include:
The agency expects employees to perform their work in a competent and efficient manner. Working as part of a team, the Residential Care Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring person-centered program plans for individuals living in residential settings and will train employees to properly implement the plans. Ensure the plans meet the physical, social and developmental needs of each person and there is a plan to protect each person's health, dignity, safety, comfort, well-being, civil, human and legal rights.
Under limited supervision, Residential Care Coordinator ensures organization and operation of services to individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities in group home and supported living settings in accordance with agency policies and procedures. The primary work location is PRMIUS; however, per need of the service, work may occur in the residence or community.
The Residential Care Coordinator provides direct support to individuals, supervisors support staff, and supports Managers in day-to-day oversight of home operations.

Normal hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM. However, flexibility is required to work various day, evening, night, and weekend shifts when needed. May be necessary to participate in emergency call rotation or cover shift if adequate coverage cannot be obtained by direct care staff.
