Reynolds Architectural and Engineering Technology program at Reynolds Community College is seeking a teaching faculty adjunct instructor to teach our Principles of Residential Building Construction Inspections. This course is part of our Building Construction Management AAS degree. It is a 2021 USBC code-focused course introducing students to the criteria and procedures of residential building inspections.

Minimum Qualifications
• Associates degree or higher in a related field plus 4 years work experience in plans review and inspections for a local jurisdiction. • ICC certification as a Residential Building Inspector is required. • Master Code Professional (MCP) certification is preferred.
Additional Considerations
• Master Code Professional (MCP) certification is preferred. • Occupational experience in the field. • Experience with Learning Management System or other online course management tools is a plus. • Training will be provided. • College-level teaching experience. • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and written. • The ability to work with a diverse population of faculty, staff, and students.
