Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate, document and oversee project activities from start to finish.
  • Manage material logistics, including returning materials to distribution centers and monitoring material consumption by subcontractors.
  • Upload subcontractor documents, orders, invoices, photograph job progress, and manage receipts and payments in Buildertrend.
  • Visit multiple job sites daily to ensure smooth operations and customer/subcontractor needs are met.
  • Provide daily logs, and assist with installations, cleanup, and ensuring quality standards are maintained.
  • Collaborate with office staff and field teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Previous residential home building experience in project management or a related field is required.
  • Ability to read and understand all types of construction drawings and construction procedures and methodologies is required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools, email, and software, such as Buildertrend, Excel, Microsoft, Adoble and GSuite.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks on construction sites.
  • Motivated, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Relationships with quality, experienced and skilled subcontractors, suppliers and vendors is preferred

Salary and Benefits:

  • Full-Time
  • Pay: $55,000.00 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
