Step into a day on our team

You start your morning in Southfield, MI, reviewing your route and parts on a company-provided mobile app. Your service vehicle is stocked and organized, and you’re headed into customers’ homes across the Clinton Township/Southfield area. You diagnose, repair, and restore home appliances and small engine equipment with precision—leaving every homeowner relieved and grateful. You’ll be on the move most of the day (Road Warrior, 75%+), solving new technical puzzles and delivering an exceptional experience at every stop.

What you’ll do

• Perform in-home diagnostics and repair of a wide range of appliances and small engine equipment with quality and efficiency
• Deliver a consistently delightful customer experience that exceeds expectations
• Offer value-added solutions that help keep homes clean, comfortable, and protected
• Maintain and organize your company truck; manage parts inventory effectively

Pay, benefits, and schedule

• Hourly rate: $17 - $20 / hour base rate salary, depending on experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal (Refrigeration Positions)
• Solid mechanical aptitude, including proficiency with testing and repair tools
• Ability to follow directions and defined processes for quality workmanship
• Comfort using a smartphone for parts ordering and documentation
• Background & drug screen
• Valid driver’s license for the state in which you work
