As an Experienced HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, maintain, and service residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems, including split systems, heat pumps, package units, furnaces, air conditioners, rooftop units, and related HVAC equipment. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot complex system issues, complete startups, assist with installations when needed, and clearly communicate findings and recommendations to customers. You will be expected to maintain accurate service documentation, uphold company safety standards, and consistently deliver a professional customer experience that reflects Spectrum AC's reputation for quality service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum two years of residential HVAC service experience required
• Experience servicing both residential and light commercial HVAC systems preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with split systems, heat pumps, package units, furnaces, and rooftop equipment
• EPA Certification preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Dependable, organized, self-motivated, and committed to continuous professional growth
