Pro-Tech Air Conditioning and Heating is a locally owned company in Santa Fe currently hiring a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime)
What You'll Do:
- Perform professional maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose issues and provide honest, high-quality solutions to customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on residential and light commercial HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Experience making repair vs. replace recommendations
- Universal EPA Certification
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications:
- Low voltage license (must obtain within 2 years)
- NATE Certification (must obtain within 1 year)
- HVAC Trade School Certificate
- Ability to operate scissor and genie lifts
- Knowledge of sheet metal and air balancing
