Leaky’s Plumbing & HVAC has been serving Lubbock since 1977 (formerly Rowe). We do residential and commercial plumbing and HVAC service. We’re looking for a skilled Repair Plumber to help us serve our existing customer base in Lubbock.


This is a good fit for somebody who wants steady work, independence, and the chance to grow with a company that is building something real. Please only apply if you are a Texas Tradesman or Journeyman plumber.

What you’ll do:


  •  Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in homes and light commercial buildings 
  •  Work on water heaters, clearing and inspecting drains, fixtures, leaks, water quality products, and water softeners 
  •  Provide estimates and recommendations to customers 
  •  Complete job documentation using mobile software 
  •  Maintain and organize your company vehicle and tools 
  •  Keep job sites clean and safe 
  •  Communicate clearly with customers and the office 
  •  Work independently and manage your day well

Requirements:


  •  Current Texas Tradesman or Journeyman plumbing license 
  •  Experience with residential and light commercial plumbing repair 
  •  Valid driver’s license 
  •  Clean driving record 
  •  Strong troubleshooting skills 
  •  Good customer service and communication 
  •  Able to lift 50 lbs 
  •  Able to bend, kneel, and work in different conditions
