Starting rate is $19/Hour (or based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Water extraction & removal of damaged materials
• Caulk line and cut drywall as directed by a supervisor using a sawzall
• Skillfully remove baseboard, trim, drywall & insulation as instructed by a crew leader
• Detach kitchen/bathroom cabinets/vanities
• Detach sinks, disposals, dishwashers, washing machines, toilets, etc. and safely cap water lines
• Detach light fixtures and safely cap lines
• Remove carpet, hardwood or laminate flooring
• Detailed clean using a HEPA Vacuum
• Wear PPE as needed
