Highlights of the Resident Services Director Position:

• Proven success in management and leadership-2-3 years
• Ability to manage a team of Care Partners-interview, hire, train, evaluate, monitor and schedule management to ensure full coverage of all shifts
• Excellent communication and customer service skills and a professional demeanor
• Must be self-directed, able to prioritize task as well as have the ability to accept directives
• High school diploma or equivalent
