We're looking for a Resident Services Director to join the team!
Springtree Senior Living is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Licensed Professional Nurse (LPN) to serve as our Resident Services Director (RSD). This leadership role oversees resident care services in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities, ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centered care while maintaining compliance with California RCFE regulations.
The Resident Services Director is responsible for resident assessments, care planning, staff supervision, family communication, regulatory compliance, and overall clinical operations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is passionate about serving seniors and supporting a culture of excellence. Responsibilities are consistent with common Resident Services Director and Wellness Director roles in assisted living communities, essential Duties & Responsibilities, Resident Care & Clinical Oversight.
