Orlando Neighborhood Improvement Corporation (ONIC) seeks a dedicated and hands-on individual to serve as its Resident Services Coordinator 1. The ideal candidate will have experience with community engagement, facilitating activities like community meetings, game nights, arts & crafts gatherings, and food distribution, along with a proven track record in coordinating supportive services, fostering partnerships, and empowering residents to thrive. The role requires a compassionate, organized and proactive individual who can build trust with residents, connect households to critical resources, and support a safe and inclusive community environment.

Reporting Structure: The Resident Services Coordinator 1 reports to the Resident Services Manager.
Pay & Benefits: The hourly rate for this position is $21/hr. Benefits include (12) paid holidays, accrued vacation, and sick time, medical insurance options, dental and vision insurance, short and long-term disability, a 403b retirement plan and a health saving account option.
Working Environment/Location:On site. Physical demands include climbing stairs, distributing flyers, carrying materials and snacks for activities, along with participating in the food distribution program.
