The Resident Relations Manager / Leasing Manager at Millenia is our on-site leasing and sales leader. You'll drive occupancy and revenue, coach a high-performing leasing team, and be the face of an exceptional resident experience. This is a hands-on leadership role built for a proven closer who wants to grow, and who takes pride in creating a place people are glad to call home.
