Resident Nurse LPN/RN - New Path

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide nursing care in collaboration with multi-disciplinary treatment team members, under the supervision of designated nursing leadership and Housing Services Supervisor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. Graduate of an accredited LPN/RN program.
2. Current Idaho LPN/RN licensure.
3. One-year relevant nursing experience.
4. Current BLS certification.
5. Understanding and adherence to ethical standards of the respective licensure board.
6. Good problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bilingual in English and Spanish speaking skills.
2. Two or more years' experience.
3. Experience with vulnerable populations including those experiencing homelessness, persons with mental health conditions, or previous work in a behavioral health or substance abuse treatment setting.
4. Knowledge of computer and email systems, as well as EMR.
5. Knowledge of community resources and Patient Assistance/Medication Assistance Programs.
