Job Summary
We are looking for a Resident in Counseling to join our team! You will play a crucial role in evaluating patients, developing individual treatment plans, and providing therapy to military members, veterans, law enforcement officers, and first responders.  


Responsibilities 
  • Perform intakes and follow up sessions with new and transfer clients
  • Schedule clients with appropriate frequency
  • Provide empirically validated treatment to all assigned clients
  • Do assessments clinically appropriate to the client
  • Participate in individual and group supervision
  • Join the monthly team meetings
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • The clinician is NOT responsible for billing
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in counseling from a CACREP accredited program
  • Experience with military, law enforcement, or first responder culture
