Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Resident Care Assistant
In this role to support the 48 residents in our Assisted Living residence at
our Cass Street location.
What You’ll Do
- Assist residents with medication management,
personal cares, daily activities while helping them maintain as much
independence and dignity as possible
- Food services to include setting up dining
space, meal delivery coordination and, receiving and delivering orders, kitchen
cleanup and food preparation
- Other responsibilities could include light
housekeeping, and a variety of other tasks
What You’ll Need
- No experience necessary! We will train you!
- Previous direct care experience beneficial
Our Wages
- Starting Wage $18.50 - $21.00+
per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
- We'll review your wages at 100 days! We pay
more for high performance!
- We also offer a $3.00 per hour NOC shift
differential and a Weekend Differential, as well as on-call and pick-up
incentives
Qualifications for
Higher Starting Pay
- Previous direct care experience
- Certified Nursing Assistant
- 4 CBRF Certification Courses Complete
