    Resident Assistant - NOC Shift

    NOC Shift: 09:45 PM - 6:00 AM

     What You'll Do

    • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), promoting dignity and independence
    • Respond promptly and compassionately to resident needs and call lights
    • Help ensure resident safety, comfort, and overall well-being
    • Create a welcoming and respectful environment for residents and their families
    • Follow established procedures during emergencies or changes in resident condition
    • Support a clean, safe, and organized living environment
    • Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet resident needs

     

    What You'll Need

    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
    • Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus but not required; training provided
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach
    • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and emergencies
    • Energy, patience, and professionalism to meet residents’ daily needs
    • Physical ability to perform daily duties, including lifting, bending, standing, and assisting with resident mobility
    • Teamwork mindset and willingness to support both residents and coworkers
