Coordinate and onboard new Resident Aide team members. Conduct 30-, 60-, and 90-day follow-up meetings with newly hired staff. Develop and implement training plans for new caregivers and Resident Aides. Create, manage, and adjust daily Resident Aide assignments in collaboration with Clinical Managers and the scheduler. Schedule and facilitate routine shift meetings and team huddles. Promote employee engagement through coaching, recognition, and team-building initiatives. Monitor Point-of-Care (POC) documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Perform quality audits, including: Resident weights, Vital signs, Oral care, Nail care, Personal care documentation Coordinate resident shower schedules and ensure completion. Assist with scheduling and coordination of resident appointments, including 360 Care services. Monitor call light response times and ensure timely follow-up. Manage unit supplies and coordinate supply requests. Provide direct resident care and work floor assignments as needed based on staffing and resident needs. Partner with Clinical Managers on annual performance reviews and coaching for Resident Aides. Assist with staff education, ongoing training, and competency development. Support scheduling needs and help fill open shifts as needed. Participate in an on-call rotation on a PRN basis. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Education, Training, Experience High school graduate or successful completion of GED. Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in assisted living, senior living, long-term care, memory care, skilled nursing, or a healthcare setting. Previous experience as a Resident Aide, Caregiver, Resident Assistant, CNA, or Med Tech preferred. Prior leadership, mentoring, preceptor, charge, or supervisory experience is preferred.
