Saratoga Bridges is looking for two experienced Residential Manager's with a good grasp of leadership.The people that you could be supporting are full of excitement and love. These homes are in Clifton Park and Halfmoon. Each home supports people to maintain their independence through goals unique to each of their interests. This role would be perfect for someone with Direct Support experience looking to grow their skills in a management role while continuing to provide the high levels of people-centered care that Saratoga Bridges upholds. The typical hours for this position are from 8 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday.We are looking for people with a working knowledge of OPWDD regulations. ORA high school diploma with four years of experience working with people who have a developmental disability.Supervisory experience strongly preferredValid Driver's License
