Responsibilities:
Job Description:
- Traveling reset merchandiser position supporting retail accounts throughout Alameda, Contra Costa, and Napa counties
- Independent work environment partnering with our merchandising and sales departments to build relationships and increase sales within the territory
- Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-8:00am start times
- Pay: $24.00- $26.00 per hour + Overtime + Opportunity to Earn Incentives

Position Responsibilities:
- The Reset Specialist will help position the company strategically and coordinate efforts with retail accounts
- As a Reset Specialist, you will make strategic decisions to grow sales and market share for the retailer, category, and company
- You will draft planograms that benefit the retailer and category using computer-based space management software
- You will ensure both big chain and independent stores are set up correctly by getting hands-on with moving and organizing products according to the schematics
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
- 1 plus years of related experience
- Must be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum state legal age requirements
- Ability to operate a full-size van as applicable
- Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law
- Ability to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED)
