OverviewThe Reservoir Engineer will support and advance unconventional asset development. This role focuses on reservoir characterization, production forecasting, economic evaluation, and development optimization within tight and unconventional reservoirs. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, hands‑on basin experience, and a collaborative mindset to work closely with geoscience and development teams.ResponsibilitiesLead and support unconventional reservoir development efforts, including tight oil and gas reservoirsBuild and maintain type curves and tight curves for development planning and performance evaluationPerform production forecasting, decline curve analysis, and reserves estimationConduct economic analysis and value optimization for development scenariosCollaborate closely with Geoscience, Operations, and Development teams to integrate subsurface and production insightsEvaluate development strategies including well spacing, completion optimization, and inventory maturationSupport asset planning by providing technical recommendations and risk assessmentsReview and analyze historical well performance to improve future development resultsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering (preferred) or related engineering discipline5–10 years of reservoir engineering experienceDelaware Basin and/or Permian Basin experience strongly preferredFamiliarity with unconventional shale plays and development strategies within these basinsExperience in ComboCurve, Spotfire, and INVARIS preferredDemonstrated experience working in unconventional reservoirsStrong understanding of reservoir fundamentals, production behavior, and economic driversAbility to communicate technical findings clearly to cross‑disciplinary teamsMust be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
