Responsibilities involve assisting with reservation processing, ensuring airline manifest accuracy, collaborating with other departments, and monitoring group blocks.
Additionally, the role includes supervising and training agents, preparing weekly pick-up reports, and attending related meetings.
Qualifications require proficiency in computer skills, strong communication, multi-tasking, organizational and customer service abilities. Prior group reservations experience and knowledge of reservation systems are preferred.
