Immediate Openings: Front Desk & Reservations Agents (3 PM – 11 PM)

Panhandle Getaways is hiring immediately for two motivated professionals to join our local team. If you are already based in the Panhandle and ready to dive into a fast-paced, high-reward environment with a world-class property management company, we want to hear from you today.

Shift Details

• Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Availability: Immediate start required.
• Location: Must be local to the Florida Panhandle.

The Role

As a Front Desk & Reservations Agent, you are the voice and face of our brand during our busy afternoon and evening hours. You will handle everything from guest check-ins and new bookings to resolving complex issues with professional ease.

Requirements

• Industry Experience: Proven experience in the short-term vacation rental industry is required.
• Communication Mastery: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict resolution calmly and effectively.
• Detail Oriented: High accuracy in managing reservations and guest data.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with vacation rental software; Breezeway knowledge is a major plus.
