Description
We are seeking a Research Technician to support our client's product research, technical testing, sensory evaluations, consumer studies, and regulatory readiness activities. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in R&D, product testing, and technical documentation who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Location: Mason, OH (Onsite)
- Job Type: Full-Time Contract (W2)
- Pay Rate: $19.50/hour
Job Responsibilities
- Execute technical, sensory, and claims testing activities
- Prepare samples and coordinate sample transfers between sites
- Support consumer studies, including packaging requests, packout coordination, documentation, and shipment logistics
- Assist with EPASS and Dossier regulatory processes
- Analyze and document technical and consumer testing results
- Support demo development and key product initiatives
Qualifications
- Experience in R&D, product research, technical testing, or sensory testing
- Solid analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to communicate unexpected results and testing outcomes effectively
- Proven ability to deliver accurate, high-quality work on schedule
- Preferred QualificationsExperience with test design methodologies
- Experience developing product demonstrations
