The Research & Instruction Librarian at the Law Library supports scholarly communication, manages the scholarship repository, and provides legal research, instructional services, and digital learning resources to the law community.
Responsibilities include administering the repository, producing research reports, updating bibliographies, developing faculty services, providing research assistance, conducting legal research instruction, creating online guides, collaborating on instruction related to AI tools, participating in collection development, and supporting library operations and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications include a JD from an ABA-accredited school, an MLS or relevant coursework, and experience in academic law librarianship is preferred. Skills desired are knowledge of legal research, emerging technologies, and strong communication and organizational abilities.
