9:00 AM 6:00 PM EST (8:00 AM 5:00 PM CST) or
10:00 AM 7:00 PM EST (9:00 AM 6:00 PM CST)

Overview
Research Engagement Services (RES) Specialists provide world-class service by engaging directly with clients, prospects, and vendors to coordinate research requests with Gartner Research & Advisory Experts. This role serves as a liaison between internal and external clients and Gartner s expert community, helping solve clients most pressing technology and business-related questions. Successful candidates are service-oriented, detail-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Job Specifications
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to schedule research interviews
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for member and prospective companies on research projects
Act as a liaison between clients and Gartner Experts to facilitate research engagement
Ensure CRM (Salesforce.com) contains accurate account details, contact information, and notes related to research requests
Provide research support across a variety of projects
Maintain project dashboards to ensure clear visibility into ownership, progress, and next steps
Required Qualifications
Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and verbal)
Completed Bachelor s degree
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work flexible shifts as required
