Compensation and Hours of the Research & Development Lab Tech:
- $18.00 - $22.00 an hour depending on experience
- Monday - Friday
- 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Overtime as needed

Requirements of the Research & Development Lab Tech:
- Experience in a food manufacturing or R&D lab environment (preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with regulatory standards (FDA, USDA) and food safety protocols
- Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt in a dynamic setting
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed records and preparing reports
- Excellent math, computer and communication skills.
Responsibilities of the Research & Development Lab Tech:
- Product Development: Prepare, test, and analyze food products to create new formulations and improve existing recipes
- Quality Assurance: Conduct sensory evaluations, shelf-life studies, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Data Collection: Record and analyze results, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to R&D and production teams
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, procurement, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches
- Lab Management: Maintain and calibrate lab equipment, follow strict sanitation protocols, and manage raw material testing
