JSG is recruiting for a Research Associate for a client in the Wilmington DE Suburbs. Be at the forefront of innovative research in paints, coatings, construction materials, water, and energy industries. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to lead application-focused research projects, develop cutting-edge formulations, and collaborate with top scientists and cross-disciplinary teams to transform concepts into commercial realities.

Pay $33/hour

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Chemical Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years of industrial laboratory experience in research, product development, or technical applications
  • Proficiency in analytical chemistry techniques, including HPLC
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent project management capabilities
  • Creative problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in formulation development with active ingredients and delivery technologies
  • Prior work in regulated environments or familiarity with safety and compliance standards
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a safe, organized laboratory environment
