  • Analyze of the growth and development of malaria parasites using in vitro cell culture techniques.

HJF is seeking a Research Assistant I is available to study malaria immunity and transmission in Dr. Kim Williamson's laboratory in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at the Uniformed Services University of Health Services (USUHS) located in Bethesda, Maryland. Projects include a comprehensive evaluation of the immune response to repeat malaria infections, including single-cell sequencing and Ig repertoire analysis, as well as an ongoing field study in Ghana monitoring parasite development and immunity.
