Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health is seeking a new Research Assistant to join our team. This role supports the planning and execution of research projects under the guidance of a Principal Investigator. Responsibilities include data collection and management, assisting with literature reviews, participant screening and enrollment, and preparing reports and presentations. The Research Assistant will also be focused on biological sample and prescription drug product management and logistics. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals passionate about research and improving patient care.
Position Summary: Under the general direction of Principal Investigator supports planning and conduct of a research project. Establishes and maintains communication while serving as liaison for project. Adheres to regulatory requirements and follows study protocol. Collects and records data and prepares reports and summaries as needed.
