Job Summary:
The Research Assistant provides essential support for laboratory research activities. This position is responsible for assisting with laboratory procedures, maintaining equipment and supplies, and ensuring a well-organized and efficient research environment. The role is ideal for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in biomedical research.

Degree in science field of Biology. Laboratory experience (through coursework or employment)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Responsibilities:
Perform routine laboratory tasks, including preparing solutions, reagents, and media.
Assist with basic experimental procedures under supervision.
Maintain and clean laboratory equipment, ensuring proper operation.
Collect, label, and process biological samples according to standard protocols.
Accurately record data in laboratory notebooks and digital systems.
Assist in inventory management and ordering laboratory supplies.
May assist in animal husbandry, collection of physiological data, and euthanasia.
