We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Research Analyst to join our team. The Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and providing insights and recommendations to support the growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data from various sources, including surveys, interviews, and databases
- Develop and maintain databases to track key metrics and performance indicators
- Create reports and presentations to communicate research findings and insights to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and initiatives based on research findings
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in research and analysis
- Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a research or data analysis role
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
