- Review, negotiate and process non-disclosure agreements.
- Review, negotiate and process industry sponsored clinical trial agreements and investigator-initiated clinical trial agreements with private agencies (to include negotiation of the study budget) when requested.
- Review, negotiate and process material transfer agreements and associated documents.
- Review, negotiate and process data sharing and data user agreements.
- Review, negotiate and process subaward agreements, and miscellaneous agreements.
- Create folders, file all documents related to MTAs, NDAs/CDAs, CTAs, and DU As on the shared drive.
- Communicate and collaborate with institutions, industry sponsors, and internal Pls and their teams ( or other interested parties) to ensure proper execution of assigned agreements.
- Assist with non-financial post award management in all assigned areas.
- Review and approve Budget Revision (BR) requests for all CT As. Review and approve New Fund (NF) requests for all CTAs.
- Administers and ensures proper routing of all research agreements for reviews and institutional approvals through the ASC Contracting System.
- Responsible for researching and reviewing all expiring contracts found in the ASC contracting system.
- Prepare and distribute startup invoices for all CTAs.
- Remain current with all licensure, certifications, and mandatory compliance and training requirements for this position.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and practices (Regents Rules, TTUS, HSECEP OPs, etc.).
