Job Title: Resale Disclosure Associate

Position Summary

The Resale Disclosure Associate is responsible for processing closing packets received by the Resale Disclosure team, managing closing-related documentation and payments, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

      • Open and sort title mail by date.
      • Review closing packets and identify specific transaction types or communities as required.
      • Scan and maintain closing documentation.
      • Create future owner accounts within designated systems and update account information.
      • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Resale Disclosure team.
      • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
        Code, track, and maintain records of closing checks and payments.

  • Excellent customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong computer and data-entry skills.

Minimum Qualifications

  • One (1) year or more of experience in administrative support, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
