The Performance Improvement Coordinator develops and executes process designs to enhance organizational performance, supporting quality and patient safety initiatives through data collection, analysis, and opportunity identification in care and operations.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) or relevant experience, with highly preferred Six Sigma/Lean Sigma certification.
Must have at least 5 years of performance improvement experience, strong computer and database skills, and excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities.
Key skills include group facilitation, prioritization, and knowledge of clinical systems, Microsoft Office, and statistical tools.
