Overview

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Pharmacy Network Reporting Specialist to join our team! The Reporting Specialist, Pharmacy Network will play a key role in supporting the analytical operations of the Provider Services department.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for completing reports and projects, such as detailed Geo Access and Member Disruption, as requested by Navitus teams in a timely manner. • Understand intermediate data relationship concepts and transform data into information that can be proactively used to improve business decisions. • Create pharmacy directories for our clients and their members that clearly identify the pharmacy services available to them and where they are located. • Deliver reports and directories on a weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual basis as required by government sponsored health plans and other clients. • Perform quality assurance to ensure reports are accurate and in compliance with all regulations and requirements. • Periodic and detailed reporting of activities and opportunities to Provider Services team and cross-functional leadership. • Identify, advocate, and implement continual process improvement of policies and procedures to maximize quality and efficiencies. • Assist with internal department and corporate projects as required. • Coordinate task completion within department and cross-functionally. • Solve moderately complex problems. • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. • Emphasis in business, information systems, economics, or statistics preferred. • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a business setting. • PC Skills: Microsoft Excess, Access, and other applications as required.
