POSITION TITLE: Reporting & Data Analyst I

DEPARTMENT: FP&A Reporting & Data Analysis

  • POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 0 - 2 years of experience in business analysis and/or reporting is a plus
  • Experience with MS Excel required, experience with PowerBI reporting tools is a plus
  • Ability to analyze and manipulate data to create effective reporting to customers required

MAJOR DUTIES:

As part of the Corporate Finance team, the Reporting and Data Analyst I will analyze metrics, designs reports, and create dashboards. Using basic data knowledge, collect, validate, analyze and organize data into meaningful reports and analyses for internal customers. Identify process improvements and obtains approvals to implement proposed changes.

  • Accurately collect and analyze data for various types of standard business reports
  • Execute standard reporting of measures and compensation calculations
  • Perform basic research and analyses on a variety of topics related to the overall support of assigned business units; follows team standards for report design
  • Document all information sources and analytics in procedures

HOURS/LOCATION:

  • 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (overtime as required)
  • Location: Federated Hermes Tower- Pittsburgh, PA 15222
  • Hybrid schedule (in-office / remote)
